The conference will be preceded by an Opening Reception on Tuesday evening, August 21, 2018. The Conference Banquet will be held on Thursday evening, August 23, and the Closing Reception will be held on Friday, August 24. All these events are included in the conference registration.

Tuesday 21st August 18:00: Welcome reception at Copenhagen City Hall.

The reception is hosted by the City Council of Copenhagen and will take place at the City Hall. All conference participants are invited.

Thursday 23rd August 19:00: Congress Dinner at Langelinie Pavillonen

The evening begins with a canal boat trip that brings you to the venue - time and pick up-place to be announced. Located on the waterfront with the unrivalled views of The Little Mermaid, the restaurant contains some of the finest examples of 1950s Danish design, including Poul Henningsen's world-famous cone lamps. With its superb cuisine, the evening is bound to be a great experience!

Dress: Informal - a light jacket may be useful.

Additional dinners can be purchased for DKK 800 (including VAT).

Friday 24rd August 18:00: Closing reception at Scandic Hotel
